Self Assessment of my Essay

After I have assessed my essay this week, I have seen that I am working on a level 3 and this comes up to a grade C. I have given myself this level and grade because I feel even though my work is of good standards I understand where I am lacking and where I need to improve. I can see my strengths in my essay are in my analysis of text, however what I need to focus on is the use of media theory's and key concepts. I would also need to concentrate more on my contemporary issues rather than a lot of historical issues that I have covered. However I think that I have graded myself fairly and up to the standards that I believe I am working on.
